No, we do not require a contract. Although, all sites are subject to the current terms of service and we do require a signed copy of the terms of service to verify that you have read and understand them.
Whatever content you have written or added to your site is yours. Any graphics or design component that we have created belongs to Website For the Master for a period of 2 years. After 2 years have passed, you can take your design and the graphics on your site. All programming components including the CMS control panel can not be moved.
Once the website goes live you will be provided with your login information to the control panel. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the control panel. Our control panel is very intuitive and most users only have a few questions on how to use the various modules.
Once the custom look for your site is approved it will only take about 1-2 weeks to complete the site if all the content information has been provided.
For simplicity and better communications between you and the designer we request that all information for the site is submitted by one person. We will create all the initial pages and add the content you want to have on your site. We will provide a list of the types of information needed based on your website. Site content can be sent via e-mail, collected from a current site or sent via mail on a CD.
The design and initial content fees are for the custom design, graphics, setting up your account on our server, adding the initial content and customization needed for the CMS specific to your site. It takes anywhere from 80 to 120 hours to set-up a custom site.
The monthly fees are for the use of our custom CMS system, any special features, maintenance, training and hosting.
No, for us to provide maintenance and updates we need access to the site. Also, for you to have access to the CMS it has to be hosted on our servers.

We work very closely with you during the design phase of the site so that you are satisfied with the final project. The design and content addition fee cannot be refunded as the work has already been completed. The monthly fee can be cancelled at anytime, but the site will remain live until the end of the monthly cycle, thus no refunds would be required.
We will provide you with directions on how to change the domain pointers or we will be glad to change it for you. You do not have to transfer the domain name to us.
We will be glad to purchase the domain name for you. You will be billed yearly for the domain. Or if you prefer to register you own domain name we recommend Your Web Center

CMS is the content management system that provides an easy to use interface for updating site. Our CMS was designed specifically for Churches and Ministries and with their needs in mind. It is designed around simple tasks such as completing forms and using a "Word" like text editor. Little or no HTML knowledge is needed.
Training needs will differ from person to person. We understand that organizational dynamics change and on-going training and support may be needed from time to time. Support and training are available by IM, by phone or by email.

Yes, you can add an unlimited number of site editors and assign them to different departments to edit. There are four groups of administrative access available.
